Gabby Urcia

Product Manager, DEsign Strategist & Facilitator

Gabriella Urcia

Shh… now I’m a designer in product clothing! Connecting people and ideas is my jam. I lean heavily on my strong facilitation skills and ability to align groups toward a common goal. I am curious about organizational systems, how people interact within them, and what it takes to distribute value equitably. While I gravitate towards dynamic and collaborative activities, I have a bias for action and enjoy the rush of executing a quality, refined deliverable. I’m a serial optimist who gets more excited about the opportunities and “WHY” behind them than the solutions that will follow. Let’s work together.
