Life update! Back in September 2019, I accepted a position with the Peace Corps in Peru as a Community Economic Development volunteer. I’ve been looking to pivot into social impact, specifically how human-centered design can produce sustainable change for good. However, given the current COVID pandemic, the Peace Corps has pushed out departures. I have since withdrawn my application though I don’t plan to give up social impact dreams!

Fortunately not all was lost! I was lucky enough to pivot my career within Capital One from design to product management AND move down to San Diego, a place where all I feel more inspired.

I preach that “work me” is the exact same as “not work me”. But here are some of life’s gifts that I enjoy: teaching yoga, going on adventures, playing soccer, watercoloring postcards for her friends and bringing people together.
